Always
remember is that you're giving away your advice for FREE. This has to be
your priority else you'll be labeled a spammer and loose your respect
as an expert.
The
choice of which newsgroups to use is important. Only use very specific
newsgroups as most of the readers will be genuine and will tolerate your
efforts.
Newsletters
These
need a lot of effort to create but show off your expertise.
Articles
As
with the newsletters above they greatly enhance your CV. See mine

These
can be presented in both a Web Page and E-mail form.
Your
web site pages can link to your CV page which includes further links to
your articles. However the E-mail form requires the use of an AutoResponder.
AutoResponders
These
enable you to send multiple E-mails to subscribers as either an E-mail Course or Newsletter.
This can consist of individual E-mails sent one or more days apart.
The
course needs to be structured into topics so that subscribers will
want to read your next installment.
You
can freely promote your E-mail Course on all the media from Newsgroups
to Free Ad Sites, This E-mail should mention the topics on offer
and how to subscribe and unsubscribe.

Promoting
Your Web Site
As

if you're subtle while offering advice in your expert capacity you happen
to refer to your web site or your products as an example
then this seems perfectly legitimate.
You
